Yeah, that final question was a little tricky - as they admitted in their explanation. Saying

If one defines water as a property that contains two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen only, then the argument above is valid.
seems a little weasley to me. The distinction between defining 'water' and something that's 'water-like' is a pretty fine one, at least in common English usage.

That's one of the things I've always disliked about verbally-stated logic; it all hinges on how you say it.
