ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A 9-year-old girl was as reunited with her father in Orange County Thursday afternoon after her mother was accused of faking their kidnapping.A woman in Philadelphia called 911, claiming she and her daughter had been kidnapped, but they were actually on vacation at Walt Disney World.
